Estimates Are Always Free
When you bring in your bike for service, we start with an assessment of your bike's condition. One of our service pros will discuss your bicycle with you and carefully explain what we recommend based on the bike and also how you would like to use the bike. We respect your choices and your budget, and our assessments come at no charge and no obligation to you. Most bike tune-ups we do average around $150-250 including parts and labor.
We're service pro's
Our service staff is professionally trained and certified to work on all bicycle makes and models, not just the ones we sell. Every member of our service team participates in training sessions with factory service techs several times each year. So whether you need a minor tune-up or a major overhaul, you can count on your mechanics at Arlington Velo Sport. We want your bike to be as best as it can be.
And we take appointments
If you prefer the convenience of an appointment, please email arlingtonvelosport@gmail.com a pic of your tires, brakes and chain to help us see what condition of your bike. This will streamline your time for servicing your bike. With that email we can reply a time and estimate that works best for you. If it's a 10 min or less repair, we welcome you to hang out in the shop with us. Or if you'd rather, you can run errands while we work on your bike, and in that case consider giving us a mobile number where we can reach you in case we have any questions related to your repairs.
We take walk-ins
Sometimes your bike needs immediate attention and you are stranded. These things happen. If we can fix it on the spot, we will. If we need more time, we'll let you know when to stop by to pick it up. Come in, call us, or shoot us an email so we can get you back on your bike ASAP.
